My favorite part of SUP yoga is falling in. I love the challenge of balancing over water as I've always been drawn to the energy of water. SUP yoga takes the simplest poses and intensifies them. There's a sense of freedom you receive when practicing on the water.
Glide boards took my practice to an entire new level. The stability of the lotus board is perfect for SUP yoga. My practice has transformed. I'm able to do arm balances and handstands with much more ease. I'm excited to see where this season takes me.
