Perfect!

At 250lbs, a cooler to sit on, my fishing gear on board with my 40lb dog, I am still able to easily stand up and paddle/fish with this board! Highly recommend!!

I have the original angler and I absolutely love it. Received the 02 and it is so much better. The two front Scotty mounts are better constructed and take up less of the deck. They also feature a switch that allows you to open and close the actual mount with ease where as the last angler it was way harder to do that. This board also has the ability to mount the upright which is just an amazing accessory in my opinion. I mounted a paddle clip on mine that can hold my paddle or net. The deck on this board is smaller on this board but I like it because it kind of forces you to stay in the center of the board which makes it so much stabler. The d rings also seem to be mounted way better. Can’t see them ever coming off or braking. It also cuts through the water effortlessly while also displacing water to the sides because the bow lips up more than the old angler. Just an amazing fishing paddle board.

Just got an Angler V1 model in the last week. Got it set up and out on the water this week. It has lots of D-ring and hard connect points to allow for customization. At a 15 psi inflation rating, the deck is firm and stable. The length and width make the hull stable underfoot even for this 6’2”, 220lb oaf.

I have experience with kayak fishing, but wanted something lighter to access out shallow brooks and for general recreation.

So impressed that I’m already looking at the Glide Mako option so that we have 2 SUPs for our family.

Glide Angler performs nicely

Have used 3 times so far. 3rd time I felt much more comfortable standing for a long period for someone new to SUPs but used to kayaking. Great product. Very stable and stiff. Rod holders are nicely designed. Owner answered my long questions before purchase quickly. Quick response from support on question I had. Paddle is decent and in the 30 oz. weight as described. Some cheaper & even more expensive boards come with 40 oz. heavy aluminum paddles. Wider board is a bit slower as expected, but easy to maneuver and fits the bill for fishing & general use and is very comfortable with all the room.
